We are creative problem solvers whose focus on brand intricacies, strategy, and impactful messaging leads to purposeful graphic design that creates connections and produces results.
It’s about solving problems, imparting knowledge, conveying value, and making connections. Good graphic design echoes professionalism, proficiency, and passion and speaks on your behalf when you can’t talk to your audience yourself.
Our knowledge-hungry, skilled experts are strategists, problem solvers, story tellers, and visual communicators who focus on creative solutions that resonate with audiences. And it’s not just about one project, it’s about figuring out how the one project fits into the bigger picture.
Full-service offset and digital printing also available.
Our design process is 20+ years in the making and focuses on creating result oriented end products.
We start with a meeting to learn about the message you need to get out, the audience for your message, and any hard due dates. If we are new to working with you, we also learn about your brand, products, and services.
Whether you know exactly what type of design and deliverables you need or just know the message, we will suggest options that will make the biggest impact.
We then create a scope of work that defines deliverables, milestones, deadlines, responsibilities, and costs.1
We do a deep dive into your brand. We may also perform a SWOT analysis, develop a creative strategy framework, write a positioning statement, or create a scenario analysis. Our goal is to find common values that exist between your brand and your audience so we can communicate in a language and style that they will be receptive to. If applicable, we will turn this information into a creative brief.2
Some of our clients write their own copy then ask us to review it and make modifications so it better resonates with their audience. Other clients ask us to write copy based on their provided bullet points which they then review and modify. If Spanish translations are needed, those are outsourced to a professional translator after the English copy is approved.
Same goes for visual elements. Some of our clients have an internal library of photos, illustrations, icons, and graphics we can peruse and use. While other clients ask us to utilize online stock libraries to identify potential images and graphics. Then there are those clients who prefer we capture new photos or create custom imagery like illustrations and icons.3
We analyze the types and amount of content then brainstorm by sketching on paper, keeping in mind the features, benefits, values, and messaging that was shared during phase one or developed during phase two.
We choose the strongest concepts and, if applicable, share these initial thoughts for your feedback.4
We take our best sketches and using your brand manual, we select font pairings and color schemes then combine your copy and visual elements with professional layouts so the materials we create will resonate with your audience.5
Depending on the project we will either request a meeting to review first drafts in person, or we may email or use Google Drive to post first drafts for review at your leisure.6
Working with your feedback and chosen concept, we refine and revise then present another draft. We repeat this phase until we are all happy with the final design.7
The final approved design is prepped for delivery. If printing, we run the file against our prepress checklist. We deliver the file to the appropriate parties and archive it for future reference or updates.8
