Background
Every year the Metro Wastewater Reclamation District produces an annual report highlighting their work, outreach, and financial data from the previous year. For 12 years, we have been fortunate to collaborate on this project with the Metro District.
The project starts with a discussion with the District regarding potential titles/themes. Once they internally chose their favorite, we conceptualize a fresh design that follows their existing brand colors and fonts. We’re given all copy and photos from the District, layout each page then work closely with their team to fine tune the report.
The final report is posted on their website and a supporting postcard is mailed to stakeholders and neighbors.
Project Details
- Project management and scheduling.
- Collaborate with client to develop report title and theme.
- Design multiple concepts based on theme for client to review and select one.
- Layout 44 pages using client-supplied copy and photos.
- Create visual graphics.
- Collaborate with client to review and refine.
- Export as high resolution and low resolution PDFs.
- Program online, interactive version in addition to the downloadable PDF.
- Design two-sided postcard to notify stakeholders of reports publishing.
