South Adams County Water & Sanitation District (SACWSD) is dedicated to providing reliable, affordable and sustainable water resources and services in order to protect public health, the environment, and quality of life.

Project background.

We partnered with SACWSD to develop a comprehensive public awareness campaign about backflow prevention. Building on the success of our animated educational video, we created a companion trifold brochure to reinforce this critical safety messages.

Our design approach focused on accessibility and clear communication across language barriers. We adapted key illustrations from the video to maintain visual consistency while condensing complex technical information into an easily digestible format.

The result is an engaging resource that effectively communicates important water safety protocols while supporting SACWSD’s mission of protecting public health and environmental quality.

By providing both English and regional Spanish translations, the brochure ensures this vital safety information reaches SACWSD’s diverse community.
